Customers have 30 days from receipt of items to return their order. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
Customers may choose to exchange item/s, in which case customer will also be responsible for cost of postage on the new item/s.
 

Due to the hand-made nature of the products sold on this site imperfections are likely.  Items received with small imperfections, as described in the listings of each item, will not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Dimensions are listed to a reasonable degree of accuracy, therefore returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be made based on items being a different size than the buyer expects.

All orders are dispatched within a week of purchase. I'm using standard shipping to send out my prints, which does not include a tracking number. Shipped in a cardboard envelope. Please contact me if you'd like another shipping option and we'll figure something out.
